Vol. 1 of course is not a new volume. But Vol. 2, which has already been solicited, is. So you might get your copy of the first volume earlier.
    shit, I totally missed that.

Yay!!!!! Hopefully it will be reprinted soon.

The other day when I heard it sold out I put in an order with Amazon right away. As of now it's scheduled to arrive in January. That could change of course. Not sure if it will be a first or second print. Not that it matters. I just rushed to order before I knew there would be a second print because it looks like I missed out on Jeremiah Omnibus vol. 1 unless I want to pay an inflated price on eBay, which I likely will eventually.

Man, look at the size difference. After all this time it still bothers me. Anyone know why B.P.R.D. books are not in LE?

    Price.

They want to give out a ton of BPRD to customers at an affordable price.

If they were the length and width of the Hellboy LE, they would probably be the same price or cost more.

    Look what the postman brought:

Shipped from the US by Amazon.com on Friday, arrived this morning in Germany. Damn. I imagine that was faster than to many people in the US.

It's a beautiful book, with the production quality that we have come to expect from DH. The binding is a bit stiff, but no gutter loss. There are sketches (similar to the Hellboy Library books) and variant covers in the back.

And best of all: it contains almost 500 pages of comics alone.

Fear Agent looks dang sexy. I just got the shipping confirmation for mine this afternoon, and of course I'm back to work for the rest of this week, boo.

Plus I bought the first 2 Hellboy library editions this afternoon, as a treat for having more money than I though and more importantly, doing amazing in this semester. Is there any reason number 2 appears to be dearer on Amazon than the rest? Cause it roughly worked out the same buying them in the shop to ordering them online.

So I checked DH's website and it say the release date for Fear Agent Library Edition vol.2 is April 27th. Now I'm very, very confused.

That is indeed confusing. Either one of the dates is wrong or someone at DH needs to check on their semantics.
