OOC: Kinda except I'm pretty certain Froggy had dumped nearly all of his points into speed before putting any into any of the other fields.

The guy's after-image could kill.

OOC: Yeah I'm pretty sure we voted him most powerful just because he could kill everyone before they could even being to think to fight back.

I still don't know if he could break through Peter's 100+ durability though.

OOC: Hmm, maxing out speed halfway through the storyline. Not a bad plan. I already planned on doing something like that already, but not so early.

Calisor's eyes widen slightly.

"Someone's coming."

From out the hole walked Fate. She looked much the same as she had before, her dark hair long and her skin a pale color. Her dark dress seemed slightly messed up and there were scuff and dirt marks about her arms and legs.

In her left hand she held Talos, the Burner, on her shoulder. She walked out, her head titled down and her bangs hiding her eyes and her upper face. She stops about 50 yards away from them still saying nothing.

And then she looks up, and what the Alaphim see are not what they were expecting. Her eyes were not the lite blue of Samantha, or the deep peircing green of Fate. No, her eyes were blue.

Deep, deep blue. A realer, truer blue than anything possible. They almost seem to stand, or pop out, and are even hard to keep looking at.

They'ld seen those eyes before.


'Fate' smiles at them, and teh move is all teh more disturbing because when she speaks, it's not a girl's voice that issues from her mouth.

"Ah, the Alaphim. How good to finally meet you again."

OOC: Gregory has Enchantments around himself, Olivia and Samantha. He also took a scouter from the spirit realm when he went to get rocks from the Hong Kong quarry (before we got powered up). He put the scouter on when they stepped into the Land of Dreams.

This isn’t right.

He doesn’t know what’s happened to Fate. Or Samantha.

He told the girl he would save her.

And he hopes he still can.

He looks at the magics of whatever is possessing her.

And he reaches out with his senses to find the item Fate used to stop them accessing their powers.

As he does this he speaks calmly and reasonably.

“Could you tell me what happened the last time we met?”

OOC: Really awesome! *attacks him but quickly gets his ass kicked*

He lit up another cigarette as Gregory began yet another round of questioning. Despite himself, Travis had to admit that the little punk would have made a decent interrogator.

That didn't stop him from spinning his web, though. Launching his information gathering threads off in all directions, he sought to ensure that he would have a plan should their hostess/host choose to be hostile.

All joking aside, this is bad. They are face to face, in a way, with the man who started this entire mess; without a plan. Granted, the one they had was flimsy at best, but this unforseen twist has just blown everything out of a wide open window into the wide blue yonder.

Luckily, Kyle is never caught without some sort of gameplan...most of the time. Fortunate for him, this is one of those times; and he set it into motion before they even left Hong Kong.

He pulls the brim of his hat down to cover his eyes, to conceal his now red pupils.

Should things go south, he's ready to throwdown.

Jim observed the room around them as Gregory talked to Fate. He didn't expect this situation to go down without a fight so he wanted to be prepared...

[Eternal Torment]

Oh, no. Not that creature. Blue Eyes was standing right before them, possessing Samantha's body. What were they going to do? Even if its own power didn't carry over to this form, it would still be able to wipe them out with ease.

Unless... No, but that might only work half-way. Chances are that it would only remove Blue Eyes and not Fate.
