I really liked this issue. I grew up importing a lot of UK comics like Transformers weekly, Captain Britain, Hulk and 2000AD, so I'm really okay with the shorter strip size we get here. I like that they managed to do get so much done in 8 pages, where so many (too many!) comics need 20-22 pages at 3-4 times the cost of this series.
IDW has chased away legions of Transformers fans with their comics, but the one-two punch of both this and MTMTE #1 should do a lot to bring us all back. Kudos

Wasn't over fond of it but not really through anything the creative team came up with. I'm just a bit sick of the infinite-shades-of-grey-can't-tell-who-the-heroes are style of comics.
