Aside from my exaggerations on Tarzan....Plastic Surgeons are immune to dementia?
Not only could he not remember names, from the footage shown he also apparently needed constant reminding of what the plan was, what he was supposed to do, who to vote for, etc. There were comments made referring to him as the senile old guy, beyond aphasia. Obviously those were other players comments and not expert opinion.

Again, it could all be an act or editing of the show, but from the footage it does appear that he has some mental hang ups, is often lost and awkward. Perhaps it is all part of the master plan.

Hopefully he is the one getting medi-vac'd off the show next week. And I LOL'd at how hard he was holding on to a ball during the immunity challenge.

Yeah, coupled with the girlish scream he let out before he went under the water, yikes. If that is him getting medical attention in the preview, you have to wonder for what. It can't be for exertion or exhaustion, that's for sure. Maybe a torn optic nerve from rolling his eyes so much at tribal council.

The long, lingering shot of Tarzan bending over was hilarious. Tarzan got so much attention this week that I kind of suspect he might be the one needing medical next week. But who knows.

Yeah, the tribe shake-up was really unfair. I think anytime they do a random switch, the next immunity challenge should be somewhat individual, like an endurance challenge where the last one standing can win it for their tribe. That way someone completely screwed by the roll of the dice has a chance to fight for their survival, whether they're on a weak team, or a team that wants to throw the challenge to vote them off (which has happened before).

This season is rapidly going down the toilet. Honestly , i have nobody that i am really rooting for. I liked Monica & Kourtney , they are gone , i liked Matt , he's gone. Right now , Jay & Troyzan are perhaps my best hope to have something good come out of this piss weak season. The ladies are extremely bland as heck , Kim & Chelsea are really boring at this point.

Probably the least effective swap since the first All Stars. Its like they flipped the bottom three in the pecking order on each tribe.

I almost think they divide them up by saying idiots over here good players over there, then make up the egg thing.

I bet that the producers must be pulling their hairs out after that swap. Usually , a swap is supposed to shake things up and even out the 2 tribes and screw over some players and create a bit of drama. In this case , the swap make it far worse , the drama free fit and strong tribe vs the weakass drama queens freakshow tribe. It's so lopsided , if the producers don't do another switch , the circus freak tribe is going to lose each and every challenge until the merge and that makes the season extremely predictable and boring until that point.

Next week they merge as the producers say fuck it. Hey we said it was "one world".

I would be willing to bet it was the producers that asked for the shake-up, seeing as Probst himself is one of the producers. I would imagine it is in the contracts that the players sign that game format changes can occur at any time. My guess is either Probst didn't like how the one beach concept was working out or Colton's asinine comments at tribal warranted a shake-up.

The paint eggs were randomly drawn by the players. As luck would, or would not, have it, a team of Adonises were created and one of the Island of Misfits. The downfall of this season is not what formation the tribes are in but rather the lackluster personalities they recruited.

The swap was planned as it always happens in a men vs women season but i doubt that the producers were actually happy with the result of that. It made the tribes very lopsided and as a result , the season becomes predictable.

At least Colton really established himself as a republican , he got rid of Bill and Monica. Shame that there isn't a george there , colton would have aligned with him.

I heard that swaps are game time decisions that they can do at anytime as long as the its random or player selected.

Was the swap publicized or are you just stating that? I agree that the men vs women thing never lasts too long but this was an earlier than usual switch-up. You mention the producers not being happy, but Probst is the main producer and calling the shots most of the time. The lopsideness was a result of randomly drawn eggs. There wasn't intent to form the teams that way but that's how they were drawn. As you have mentioned, perhaps they will get creative and justify another switch but I'm guessing we will be seeing the current rosters for another 2-3 weeks.

He also has allied himself with a senile older man with no chance of winning and a crazy female who has "gone Rogue".

I wouldn't say it's an earlier than usual switch up , both Amazon and Vanuatu who were men vs women did a tribe swap at episode 5 , same like one world. At this point , they probably wouldn't justify another switch as the merge is impending in 2 or 3 episodes which is unfortunate as it's very likely , the season will become extremely predictable until the merge as Colton will just lead the nu-manono tribe into the ground and they will get pick off one by one after the merge.
