Yeees. If she's not one of the starters, I'm picking Storm or Wanda and working on getting her first. The rest I will decide depending on the price of each. Not to mention how much currency you get from looting. I supposed the people in beta can do the math on this better, provided the numbers don't change too much once it opens.

but we won't know this cause of NDA. I'm thinking of either going Thing or Wolverine. I'm not a ranged/caster fan.

Eh. Anything can happen :P They could release other characters other than Rogue. BUT... Even if you did use all your coins to buy someone else if you really wanted her you have the option to buy her :P

Still, Rogue is a very popular X-Man. She has to be in.

Rogue's a shoe in, but the time of her addition will depend on how her Thef powers work, they already have a template for her Ms. Marvel abilities which will (annoyingly to me) obviously be included in her power set. So she could be at launch depending of when the game comes out, but I wouldn't be too surprise if they took her time with her. Actually, I wouldn't mind that at all if it meant that they would get her perfectly.

One of the things that frustrates me about Rogue in video games is how she simply ends up being a Flying Tank. Her original powers are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much more interesting than her generic Superman lite abilities. I was psyched that X-Men Legends allowed her to steal powers from mutant enemies and I love love looove what Marvel Avengers Allience did with her powers to give her the Class buffs. I just think this game should be true to her as well and make sure her Thef powers are equally as important as Super Rogue.

I really really hope so! x-23 i couldnt care less about though. However, she was fun to play as in MVC3

maybe eventually, however, Squirrel Girl is Marvel's token "obscure" character. I doubt all of those x-men will be in it at launch.
