    Default Hero vs Hero books

I was just reading the JLA vs the Titans, where Cyborg took over the moon as the League and Titans battle. Well now coming up is the Avengers vs the X-Men and it has me wondering hasn't it been played out?
Then the primal man inside me is also wondering can the Avengers beat them but then I realize it doesn't really matter the only thing that might change is that the X-Men that are on the Avengers might leave but aside from that don't you think we've done this before and it's getting tedious.

It's always the same, heroes meet for 1st time then they fight and then they team up to fight common foe. I just hope more mutants realise they don't have to join the X-Men there is options out there.
To paint comic books as childish and illiterate is lazy. A lot of comic books are very literate - unlike most films.
In an alternate universe my parents are Johnny Cash & Lita Ford.

That's ironically not what happens in JL/Titans at all.

In the case of Civil War, it was heroes fight and give poor arguments for their positions in an inherently stacked debate, then keep fighting until the villains logically take advantage of the discord. Then again, that might be worse:P

This is a very played out premise. It looks to me from my seat that some writers, or more likely the suits that dictate the guidelines to the writers, have become lazy and regurgitate the great thing from two great things ago, rename it, market it until we the general public are sick of it, slap an outlandish price, and tell themselves that they are the best at what they do because sales of the latest greatest title are off the charts. All the while most people that are tricked into purchasing this tripe are dropping other comics published by the same company. Then the brain trust that had the original idea to recycle the other great idea, decides to cut titles because sales are down.
