If the X-Men loose this event, I'm making a sweet "Cyclops Was Right" shirt...

It'll be cool to see some JRJR Cyclops action.

Again, there's like, 3 covers of Cap vs. Cyclops. They're going to kill that momentum when they're using it up for the first issue out of 12.

So JRJR is doing interiors on the biggest book of the year, huh? That alone tempts me to pass. Nice cover by Stegman, though!

Though I'm betting on the X-men, I think Cap's gonna win the first round.

I'm betting on Osborn and Ultron.

No matter who loses in the X-men/Avenger fight, they win.

Default Why is Angel on Cyclops's side on the cover

Isn't Angel supposed to be "team Wolverine" as far as the X-Men are concerned?

Great matchup, this one makes a lot of sense. The Captain vs the "General"!

What odds is Vegas laying on Cyke? I have a feeling Cap is the heavy favorite here.

If you sat through endless hype and covers and panels of Cyke vs. Wolverine, as I did, from Schism, then the "momentum" is loooong gone.

Of course, I will laugh my butt off if it ends with Cyke claiming America never loved Cap in the middle of getting his buttocks handed to him.

Thing is, that was five issues, this is 12. And far more than 1 tie in.

4 issues of JRJR art? Yep, I think I'll tradewait this one... or maybe the whole thing will have lost my attention by then and I can save $50 or so.
I Dig: Hawkeye, Hank Pym, Squirrel Girl, Moon Knight, Songbird, Wiccan, Pixie, the Underbolts and Avengers Academy (RIP Stature)

I was agreeing with you, but even moreso, since the same thing was used to sell Schism, but with Wolverine.
