Why cant DC get an artist like that to draw Superman's back up? They look beautiful.

Batman Incorporated comes in May. Any connections with the Owls' arc?

I'm really really looking forward to read issue 5!

I can guarantee you that won't be the case. At best, Morrison may acknowledge it.

Extremely excited by what I heard here. Sucks about Cass and Steph though. Wondering what exactly these supposed "exciting plans" for them are that Scott mentioned.

It's weird to me that Dark Knight is included as I thought that might be kind of redundant. Batman and Robin I can see because I think Scott said those tie-ins would focus on Damian fighting off the Talons but are we getting two seperate stories of Bruce doing the same?

Never thought of that, but you're right. It may focus on someone else, and not Batman primarily? We'll have to see.

That part made me laugh. I know Synder is only trying to be the nice guy but I guess he's new enough to the DC Comics game to not realize that, according to most writers and editors, there have been big plans for Cass how many years now?

I'm not too bothered by their exclusion, it is what it is, but the big plan comments always make me lol
    Don't worry.

Eh. I just assume it's short hand for "We don't know" at this point. I appreciate Snyder being upfront about it.

Looks like DC is adopting the "Marvel School of price increases". We'll jack up the price because of more page content, but then six months from now, we'll quietly drop the page count back down, but leave the $3.99 on the cover. Worked for Amazing Spidey n'est pas?

...yeah, or not, Snyder already said in another interview that he's going to keep doing the back ups in the foreseeable future.

All this sounds very exciting. I'm also very excited to see him tackle the classic rogues his own way. Finally i'd love to see DC bring back Cass and Steph! Goddamn it DC, do it!

Good to know the older rouges will come back after this arch. I was tad worried they wouldn't not put them in the batman book. I'll wait and see what they will do with cass .

I hope to high hell he means Riddler when Owls are over. Snyder's already doing a city-wide mystery with a labyrinth ... from that it should be fairly clear that he likes the kinds of stories Riddler plays best in.

Pretty sure he's talking about Joker at the very least. He's already mentioned a desire to do a Joker story after this is over. Since he mentions plural rogues there's a chance we'll get Riddler too I s'pose, but I think it's a safe bet it'll be Joker-centric.
