Default Open Submission time for GrayHaven Comics

Reading over a lot of great submissions this weekend. No decisions will be made until after the deadline passes so if you're interested in writing or drawing a comic story send there's still a couple weeks left.

Details on this batch of submissions can be found here:

And still 13 days left in our Kickstart

Ok if I have finished pages can I send those as the submission or would you rather I write up a paragraph? Also I can submit and publish these pages in other publications even if they get chosen for the comic, right?

    Two questions:
Are Tales from the Abyss and Hey Kids out yet? I was unclear on that since they're listed as ongoing but I couldn't find anything else about them on the site.

Also, what is your policy for writer/artists? Do we have to submit twice or just once, and which deadline would apply?

Oh, and also, why are the three themes on the submission page (Ghost stories, crime, pulp heroes) not listed on the schedule page? Are those three not until 2013?

Oh my I just noticed these posts (I suck, I'm sorry)

Tales from the Abyss debuts at the end of this year and runs quarterly beginning in 2013. Hey Kids begins in 2013 as well.

If you submit as a writer/artist you only have to submit once (per idea)

If you get a story put in one of our books, yes you certainly have the right to reprint it somewhere else.
