Default If DC decided to have an Earth-2 Trinity, . . .

A few other threads have mentioned that with Power Girl and Huntress slated to star in an Earth-2-based Worlds' Finest, maybe there should also be a Trinity for Earth-2 as well, with Power Girl in the Superman role, Huntress in the Batman role, and . . . who do you think should be in the Wonder Woman role for an Earth-2 Trinity?

It would be cool if more were made of the historical factor of the Comics Cavalcade series, which featured three WW, GL, and Flash standalones, along with the three having fun together on the cover.

But based on having Power Girl and Huntress, it looks like Earth-2 will have the old status quo of generations of heroes. They could either declare WW is still as young and powerful as ever, or else have her second generation Wonder -- in this case, Fury -- be the representative Wonder. Or do a gender flip of the classic Trinity, with a female Super (PG), female Bat (Huntress), and a male Wonder (some new character -- not Warkiller!!!).

A male son of Wonderwoman named Fury.

    Powergirl(Superman) Huntress(Batman) Fury(Wonderwoman)

The Earth-2 Trinity has always seemed to be Flash, Green Lantern, and Hawkman, at least as far as JSA stories have shown us. Supes and Bats have not been main characters in the Earth-2 stories.

Hmmmmmm. I voted for the existing version of "Fury".

But I wouldn't be opposed to a male son of Hippolyta (who was "Wonder Woman" during WWII) and Steve Trevor (a pilot during WWII) who is named "Fury".

And it would also be good to see Donna Troy "return". Actually, ANY character with a "Wonder Woman" connection would probably be a good thing.

I'd still vote for Wonder Woman, as long as it's the one who's lived for centuries.
