Don't do too many just do as much as you can withstand. Because if you try to do more...The next day....It's a murder.

Oh damn, haha. I can do a good number. I do 30-40 between sets of other stuff I'm doing, but straight through I can do maybe 70-80. I haven't really tried straight through in a while, maybe try today if I wanna do the hourly thing, haha.

All this talk of exercise reminds me of those infomercials that advertise things like the "Ab-Swing-Pro" and all that. Anyone ever buy/use one of them? I love the way they sell and market them.

Yeah, they have some extremely fit model telling that you can shed pounds on something that looks like it wouldn't hold they average person's weight. There are some good products out there but you're probably better off with a jump rope and running shoes.
