I don't enjoy cooking. I'm too impatient for it. I do, however, enjoy eating something other than sammiches for dinner.

Does anyone have any good crock pot/slow-cooker recipes that require fairly minimal prep time? (No chili. I like my chili recipe!)
Take browned ground beef, diced tomatoes and black beans along with cooked rice and put them all in your crockpot. Don't add water. Put whatever seasonings you like in there as well. Goes great on tortillas with salsa and sour cream.

Sauce is the one thing I do well. I cook it in bulk, then freeze it. My italian grandmother wouldn't have it any other way. I was raised to find pasta sauce from a jar to be abhorrent.

Yes, I agree completely. But I'm currently living in Italy. It is therefore kind of natural to feel that way (although you could buy these ready-made sauces even here ... some people even do ...).

Once I gave up pasta sauce fro mthe jar, my food tasted alot better. And all you need really are simple ingredients, whatever you like, to make a good suace.

Marvel, I'm guessing, if there isn't a Malibu forum. :/

If you're talking about the Ultraverse characters, I love them, especially Prime, Mantra, and Ultraforce. I wish Marvel would bring them back, but I guess they'd have to pay too much money to the original creators.

I usually just go with a good cut of beef, some soy sauce, hot sauce and a can of beer. Let it go for a couple hours, throw whatever veggies you want in there, few more hours and bam, got you a dinner!

Anyways, we got any UFC fans in here? Lost 200 dollars tonight and im a bit bummed out about it..

Watching Comic-Con on G4. Their coverage sucks greatly. They have yet to talk to anyone involved with comics and we're 20 minutes into their show.

Yeah, it's a shame, too. I swear next year I'm going! I've had enough of this dodgy coverage, reading news feed crap!

Damn! This is the second fire in a year that blazed at the informal settlers/squatters village right next to our office, and it was a lot closer as well. Fortunately it was smaller too and put out by now. We had to turn off everything and be on standby in case we needed to move our cars for the firetrucks to come through.

New tattoos today. Nothing creative...just a couple stars but I'm happy with how they turned out. First tattoos in over ten years. Probably getting a couple more over the next few months now that I've got the bug again.
