That's great! Are you doing free weights or a machine? I do a combo of both at my gym.

I only have a bar and some weights at home. That's what I've been using, and sometimes I go to the park where there's bars and work out stuff. My pops has a buncha free weights at his place. Only time I use machines is when I'm using the school gym. So mostly free weights but around school time a mix of everything: machine, free weights, and calisthenics.

I usually do dumbbells and machines. I bought the bike because I got tired of the stationary and the treadmill. I wanted a change of scenery when I ride.

Haha, I feel you. One of my brothers started biking regularly. I'm always getting on him about working out. He has the perfect starting frame and broad shoulders but he isn't physically active at all and it annoys me. While I'm an ectomorph and have to really push further to gain any type of mass.

I'm actually trying to drop 25-30lbs. My build is fine and I've got good muscle mass. Just have to tighten it up and hit the abs and obliques. I've been doing alot of protein shakes as well. I've been getting some good returns and now I'm trying to tighten everything.

Well, abs is mostly cardio, which a lot of people don't know. And I envy you with your good muscle mass, haha! But I don't mind what I have, but can always be better. I'm still toned/defined and that last play I was in, we took advantage of that and I became the eye candy of the show (smh). My diet has changed big time the past year and that has been the huge source of my results. Mostly eat tuna, wheat, peanut butter, salad, chicken breast. For a while I cut out cardio to see if I gained any mass and started to lose definition, so I cut white rice out and started getting it back.

For added muscle gain, I started taking amino fuel, which has been working overall pretty ok. The 100% whey protein powder I bought a while back was doing nothing whatsoever for me.

I've been using whey protein in my shakes as a meal replacement so I've been using it as a weight loss mechanism while still helping my muscle mass. I do alot of tuna, brown rice, boneless skinless chicken, black beans, yogurt, spinach and peanut butter. I do beef on the weekends and usually it's a lean burger or lean beef in a beef, mushroom, broccoli and red onion stir fry. I also do lots of oatmeal and fruit. My biggest thing right now is beer. I keep to one twelve pack(Yuengling Light Ale) a month, sometimes every other month. And I have red wine every once in a while.

I cut down on drinking a lot. Once and a while I'll hang out with some friends and have a drink night, but it's maybe like once a month now. Love wine, I hardly pass that up when offered, ha.

I love fruits but I have developed an allergy to a lot of them. I can only eat specific ones. Also, I use to hate a TON of veggies but as my diet changed, I started to like them a lot. My mom now incorporates them in our pasta which she didn't use to previously.

Someone was suggesting kale to me for protein gain.

Also, I murder V8 Veggie juice when I see it around me!
