I just noticed, it looks like GA will be the first new member to the League. Green Arrow was the first member to join the Justice League of America back in the 1960s that wasn't part of the original seven. I don't know if Geoff planned that, but it's a nice coincidence.

I think so. And Green Arrow (albeit Green Arrow II) was also the first permanent new recuirt in Morrison's run, so I think this is a similar homage.
