Thanks for using my question. I hope "soon" means "this year," because it's been one of the most exciting reprint/possibly new material properties I've been interested in reading.

Can't wait for Avengers CC to be over. Getting a little impatient with the continous no comment on the Young Avengers future.

It's also nice to see all the AvX teasers in one place. My favorite is a tie between Daredevil vs. Archangel (anyone know who the artist is? is it Steve Mcniven?) Spider-Woman vs Gambit, and Emma Frost vs Hulk. Those three bouts show a lot of creative skirmishes, and I look forword to seeing them.

So with the ad of Archangel vs. Daredevil, does this mean that WWIII was not purged of the Apocalypse influence, as Rick Remember said about his rebirth in Uncanny X-Force?

The only difference is, as Editor-in-Chief, I can push my agenda a bit more.

    Don't we know it.

So the future is just pretty much AVX. And it really is just starting to sound like a bunch of in-fighting. No real surprise there at the lack of imagination. I think they expect the Avengers movie to do all the work for them.

But as we have seen with sales on Captain America, Thor and Iron Man. a NEW MOVIE DOES NOT TRANSLATE INTO SALES!!!! I love how even with this information Marvel still insist on putting these none existant new readers needs (by needs I mean acting like every film goer is a moron who cant register characters having different costumes) before those of long term fans.

Or if there are a few people who do decide the price of half their cinema ticket for an effects filled 2 hour rollercoaster ride is worth a follow up 10 minute read of a 20 page comic book and haven't been brainwashed into believeing Bendis is a good writer. No doubt they'll be asking themselves why are these characters unlikeable smart asses and why do they keep repeating themselves.

I feel like I owe Bradshaw an apology for ever doubting his artistry on WATXM. He's bringing his A game.
I know Kevin Nichols through a guy that knows a gal. Small world!

If nihilism didn't take some delight in destruction one might suspect nihilists were an unnaturally morbid sort.

    Relatable?To what?

The last Nova serie was fantastic. It's a real shame that they are trowing the cosmis stories away.

The 2 Annihilators stories and Chaos war, where awfull.
    Huge waste of money.
    Bad writing and mediocre art.

Holy hell, that Bradshaw art for WATX is insane (and not to mention hilarious).

It sounds like Alonso's had his ducks in a row for this event, and its ramifications, for quite some time. So AvX changes the X-Men profoundly and brings them even closer to the rest of the Marvel Universe?

And Nova may get an ongoing after AvX.

Agreed. The Nova stories took place "out there" but were totally relateable because of the way Nova himself was portrayed. All too human. I really miss his series, as well as the GOTG.

    YEAH! Go get him!

Seriously we should team up to get Axel outta here. Then we'll work on Brevoort (He's easy. We can just distract him with Dr. Who crap and circus peanuts).

    I'm movin' up, baby!

Exactly. Nova was what made 'out there' relatable by being the human element.

I guess audience for Star Wars or Star Trek must be a paltry number compared to a Marvel audience, since that's clearly an audience that can relate to high stakes stories 'out there.' And there must be a tiny amount of Green Lantern fans also.

The great craft of Marvel's cosmic saga of the last five years or so was excellent and more than enough to attract an audience, like myself, outside of the hardcore cosmic fans. What it lacked was the major support and push from Marvel's marketing.

If Marvel believes this, that only stories that 'matter,' then why are they wasting time, effort, and most importantly, promotion, on the Ultimate Universe? Cause none of that 'matters' at all to the majority of Marvel 616 fans.
