An event of Street Justice proportions. Give the critically acclaimed nature of all of these titles, this is a smart move for Marvel.

I can't read these Marvel liveblogs. It is an embarrassment of fanboys going nuts for every single bit of info or artwork. OMG PLEASE LET HYDRA BE IN IT, I'D GO CRAZZZY! OMG, THIS IS WHY I READ MARVEL!

This should be interesting...I wonder if it'll be later in the year for this though (like July, August?).

think they said april, and it's one issue of each book for three issues total. Avenging will be co-written by Rucka/Waid, Zeb Wells returns to the book after that issue is over.

    I'll probably get it.
Currently recommending: Daredevil, Mudman ( it's back!), Hawkguy, and FF. Can't miss!

Of course its Avenging. How could one of these blogs not be Avengers realated. It is Avengers comics after all.

I dont get this. Avenging has adequate sales and tying the book into a crossover with a book that is juts above the cancelation line like Punisher will probably result in a small reprieve for that book and a drop off from fans who dont want to buy 3 books to get the whole story from Avenging.

Well that's only one additional book for me to purchase, so no complaints here. :)

And I can't wait to see what Chechetto does. I guess this explains his absence on the the recent Punisher issues.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!

Very smart. This is a crossover that works. These characters all share a history and DD and Punisher's storylines seem to be overlapping as far as the villains.

And Marco Checchetto is on board for all three issues?

    I'm sold.

Thank you to Mister Wacker, Waid, Rucka and Checchetto > finally a cross over event that not only makes sense but sounds like great fun. If Marvel followed suit with other such events, I wouldn't mind them as much. Sounds like a lot of care and thought went into this. :)

And 10 points to the folks who nailed the McGuffin in the original teaser image thread.

P.S. If this makes me want to pick up DD afterward, I won't complain.

lol...plot sounds like the Good, the Bad and the Ugly

im in so long as it doesnt turn out to be a complete waste of time like most of Marvels minis, in which case ill never buy another crossover ever again.

at least its tieing into the ongoing DD storyline.

and tying into the current Punisher line.

LOL... at the good, the bad and the ugly reference.

I know Frank's the Bad, but I keep thinking of Spidey as the Tuco character since Tuco joked a lot and did everything he could to stop the other two from killing each other depending on whose side he's on.

As long as they don't call Matt Blondie, I'm good

    Thanks for the chuckle.
