Well what if I don't have any money. It's not my fault I am 13 and I don't have a job because I am too young. My parents won't lend me any money either. I understand why you would want to buy it but I think your wasting your money.

Well you can do stuff around the house and ask your neighbours if they need help, cutting grass or shoveling snow for example. We are doing anything but wasting money though, if it was not for us you would not be able to read your free comics. I do hope you will be buying comics when you do get money or already have done so and Comixology is a great way toi get started.

Batman Incorporated isn't overrated neither is Grant Morrison. WHo has more fame, awards and recognition in the comics world? Who has more originality? Who has more creative spins? Morrison wins.

Grant Morrison has also been in the business for decades before Snyder.

That sounds interesting for just the lore but I feel I am too old for card games like that. I have no friends who play or would be interesed in playing, its extra money as well and I already have two pretty pricey hobbies.

Yeah, similar problem here. My LCS is about 30 minutes away from my house. Now that I have kids to handle when I get off from work, that's a drive that I really can't justify on a weekday. I usually get my books sometime over the weekend.

Mine is about an hour and a half away, two if traffic is bad.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I struggle with that myself sometimes. I find myself itching to pick up all of the 616 Spider-Man books, even though Amazing is the only one I'm really into. I also find myself wanting to delve head-first into the 616 X-books, even though the only one that I truly love is Wolverine and the X-Men.

I have a pull list policy that I hold myself to: "If it doesn't have you on the edge of your seat, dump it." This way, I avoid spending money on books I don't care for. My pull list stays lean (ten books at the moment), and every book I'm committed to is a proven favorite of mine.

For years, I pulled all of the Avengers books out of a sense of obligation. When my disposable income started drying up, I had to grow a pair and dump them. (Well, all except Secret. That one still rocks.) Now I find myself with a budding interest in the Spider-Man and X-Men franchises, but I really don't want to find myself back in the same old situation.

That's a pretty good policy; I need to use that regarding X-Men Legacy. I'm only buying it because my friend likes it and he reads what I get (and I read his Avenger stuff). But, though I'm not terribly interested, I still am slightly curious in what happens next.

Grant Morrison has also been in the business for decades before Snyder.

But did Morrison start his career with the big companies by boasting how epic he's work is going to be? Now mind you, i'm simply talking about Snyder's Batman career here. It's good and Greg Capullo deserves alot of credit, but his Batman work is more or less just his love letter to Frank Miller.

PS. I'm actually writing my thoughts on Severed, you'll like this book if you're into horror like the John Carpenter stuff.
