quite the opposite....if you look at the patterns, this is how they see who really wants to be there

if they give you a shit gimmick, and you make it work for you, or just keep your nose to the grindstone, do the work and be a good soldier.....they will take care of you

granted you're going to perform when you're happy, the trick is to see how you act when conditions are not ideal for you
