Yeah I became a fan of Ares durring Civil War/Dark Reign. Still pissed by how he got owned by the Sentry, offered up as a sacrificial lamb by Bendis. Figures just when I start to really like a character or get interested in him or her marvel kills them off or shoves them into limbo

Guys, I don't think I fully understand Black Panther's powers.. Is it like he has super advances like Daredevil, but he can see, and also has a resistence to magic and super strength and speed? I've only read one issue and checked wikipedia... There's gotta be more to him than that, besides looking badass

I wouldn't put T'Challa on a Secert Avengers team.

What I would like to see is T'Challa on an International Avengers book.

T'Challa Storm and Captain Britain have established fanbases that might not be large enough to keep a solo ongoing afloat.

Put them together and it is another matter. Herc fans would get the Herc/Cho bromance back, classic Avegers fans would get a core of "true Avengers"(that is, characters added pre-Bendis).

It wouldn't really need an A-Lister to sell the concept.

There is no A lister in Secret Avengers now, if you notice.

Hawkeye isn't an A lister no matter how hard Marvel tries to make him one.

It has been that way for a whopping... 4 issues maybe? Cap was leading the team until recently. Not really the same.

Plus, the team as a plethora of high C, and B level characters. and recently essentially replaced Cap with Venom, someone who is managing to hold his own solo.

He's physically the equivalent of Captain America but roughly as fast as Spider-Man, his intellectual genius rivals Tony Stark, Hank Pym, and Reed Richards.

T'challa's genius has also allowed him to develop several cool an unique weapons such as energy daggers, anti-metal claws, a suit which negates small arms fire, boots that allow him the cling to walls, the kimoyo card (think of an Ipad roughly 12 years before anyone knew what an Ipad was).

He is also tactical and strategic genius.
