Lupacchino's work is stunning, as always.

Yeah, the art looks pretty good. I'm glad PAD is taking Popo and Alex under his wing but this cast is seriously bloated. He needs to drop some characters, even if it's a Darwin type drip where he grabs them back at a later point in time. I am super excited for more developments with Rahne's baby (and the return of FERAL!) and a possible look into Lorna's mom's plane crash. That could be awesome.
Wanda Maximoff is a joke!

You're seriously bloated!this cast is seriously bloated.
Personally don't see the problem with the large cast.
Utopia and WatXM technically have much larger casts.

Looks very promising. I haven't really followed X-Factor much lately, but that's only because books like Uncanny X-men, Uncanny X-Force, and Wolverine and the X-men have been so awesome lately. But since Regnesis has really helped the X-books mesh together, I'm definitely up for adding X-Factor to those leagues. Peter David sounds like he has plenty to work with. I'm especially curious to see what happens with Rahne's baby.![]()

Black History Month & 29 Days in February
Havok, Polaris, Wolfsbane, Monet, Siryn, Layla, Strong Guy, Rictor, Longshot, Shatterstar, Madrox (still?), Darwin (eventually)
12 is a lot to juggle.
Its great to have options, but one can't deny the inevitable wall paper factor.

I love PAD, but that is a lot of people. Maybe he can sorta rotate people in and out, depending on stories.
Terry and Monet look like they're going to have a boob-off.
Deadpool titles shouldn't be included in X-Positions. :(
I was so ridiculously excited reading this. I can't wait to see next issue's Layla & Logan reunion. I just hope she sticks around. I will be devastated if she disappears and Madrox doesn't come back. I still have mixed feelings about Alex & Lorna joining the already large cast (especially if they're brought in as replacements for Jamie and Layla), but I have every faith that PAD will continue his excellent characterisation. I loved all the teases of possible Polaris stories (maybe her superfans will back down a little now?). I can already envisage Monet beating her down when she inevitably breaks into batshit crazy mode once more.
Looking forward to seeing the return of Rahne's son, but can't really say the same for Darwin. I like his power set but not much else. With the exception of "The Invisible Woman Has Vanished" his inclusion never really did much for me, and probably includes most of the weaker moments of the series. Still, the Monet x Guido x Darwin triangle has potential.
Emanuela Lupacchino's art is so wonderful. It's really different from back when Pablo Raimondi was illustrating X-Factor, but it reflects how the comic has evolved. It's taken me a while to adjust, but she's definitely one of my favourite artists whose worked on it - though it takes a lot to beat David Yardin's incredible covers which never fail to impress.

I really liked this one. He is playing with a lot of interesting ideas for the characters. I hope sales support this title...
Are you kidding me? Monet wouldn't stand a chance against a batshit crazy Polaris. When Po looses it she REALLY looses it. She doesn't scream in the streets like a lunatic, she lights up like a radioactive battery and obliterates.I loved all the teases of possible Polaris stories (maybe her superfans will back down a little now?). I can already envisage Monet beating her down when she inevitably breaks into batshit crazy mode once more.

It's so nice to be excited about X-Factor for a change. I can't wait for the Lorna/Rhane reunion.

I hope he does do the story with Mags and Lorna. That sounds like it could be fun.
