And in the important off-season news, the Vikes finally appear to be getting their new stadium.
The House and Senate both passed a bill, then they had to rework a compromise bill. That compromise bill has passed the House and the Vikings have signed off on it (paying $50M more than what they said that their max was and there are some user fees that the Vikes didn't want). The revised bill still has to pass the Senate, but if/when it does, Dayton has already said that he'll sign it. I don't think that too many senators are going to flip their votes on a deal because it'll pretty much guarantee that they lose the Vikes.
