So Barbara went to South Africa for a miracle cure ? Really ? Wow...I'm glad I dropped this turd quick.

You could have told an emotional gripping story of someone coming back , ala Dennis Bryd. You could have had flashbacks of the 3 years and how Barbara worked out as Oracle to restore herself as Batgirl. But it was all wasted for that.

It by the way the 2 issues I read ranked #2 on my Worst of 2011 list. Had I kept going it would have tied Captain Atom more or likely.

Well, I wouldn't say it's the worst book of the year (come on, not when things like Hawk and Dove were part of the relaunch), but it was the most disappointing for me.

Definitely not the worst. But it is turning into Gail Simone "Lite" for me. It feels like she took the book just to at least have some control on her new path.
