Does it bother anyone else that in most of the art for the Avengers showing Hawkeye, he is holding the Bow wrong? And often the bowstring is shown being drawn in a way that isn't even physically possible.

Aside from that, and the decided lack of real action in this art, it isn't really a horrible poster. Just not as kick ass as we would hope for such a film.

Someone hire Drew to do a serious poster for this movie. Please.

Wow, that's awful. I mean, that's an existing image of Thor and Iron Man photoshopped in with some artist renderings of the rest of the cast.

They seriously want that hanging in movie theaters?

I partly wonder if this is a fan image mistaken as an official one.

It seems pretty lack luster...but then again so were the posters for Thor so it's par for the course I guess.

I assume you mean Mr. Struzan, which is the exact thing I thought. I'd love to see his take on The Avengers.

Well, I like it! I don't mind at all that it's separate pictures of the different Avengers 'collaged' together. And I think it's a nice touch that the explosion behind them -as well as the sparks flying from Cap's shield- seems to be drawn in pen and ink like in a comic book.

It looks too much like your run of the mill comics cover. Plus, it departs from the color scheme and design of the previous posters.

In my opinion, it's nowhere near the quality of this one, which appears to be a fan made poster from about a year ago. I can't tell if that's edward norton or mark ruffalo, but either way, I think this style of poster is superior.

I tried to remain optimistic about this but yeah, it's a lousy poster. The fan-made one posted by MentalPace is great though! Not sure how Thor's secret identity would work but who cares? Rule Of Cool.

I think this was made prior to the Thor movie, so I guess whoever made it thought he would use the Donald Blake identity.
