Continuing with Artifacts is your best bet then id say.
Id agree with Shogun on Witchblade, either start with Tim Seeleys relaunch at 151 or go back to the start of Ron Marz run which was all kinds of awesome.
Also make sure to check out the other event books; First Born and Broken Trinity. Both are really good and feature most of the Artifact bearers.

Yeeeesh! Three issues in, this set up is nuts! Loving the unpredictability of it and the ending for #104 was downright creepy!

This is some crazy new territory for Jackie and it really does seem like the new team is gonna go all out to eff with his life like no tomorrow. Great issue.

Jackie Estacado never feared much of anything, except the Darkness itself. Then the rules changed and he learned that there are things in this world that even the Darkness should fear.

    Hell yeah, The Darkness.

Been playing The Darkness II lately, fun game. It came with a comixology download code for The Darkness: Origins volumes 1 and 2, I don't need 'em since I've got 'em, so here's a code for a reader who needs it. Only works once, so post if you used it so others know, shabam:

Recently read #103 and the Darkness is the best horror comic out right now. Loved that scene with Jackie and the Bulgarian mobster.

    Just read Artifacts 18.
Guess that answers the Jackie/Jenny having sex question ;)

Also, is there no Witchblade/Artifacts threads? Both pull decent numbers, im surprised there isnt more discussion...

I think i remember making an artifacts thread a few weeks ago. And yea, i even tweeted David Hine asking him about that like a month ago and he said they hadnt answered it yet. Im glad to see they got rid of that.

Wow, is no one else reading this?! The Darkness Doppleganger is REALLY effin' with Jackie's life. Wow! And Jenny's growing madness is also very arresting. This is definitely a ride where I've NO idea where this is going to go.

I was a bit cautious about the new run. I've never liked Hine's previous work, both in Darkness and other stuff. But this was indeed a damn good issue. Jennie may or may not be going mad. Hope is clearly under the control of the Darkness (I loved that evil smile on her face as she wandered over to the gangsters), while the Doppleganger screws Jackie over, whie screwing his wife, lol. Great issue.

Another badass issue. I forgot how to use spoiler tags so here it is.
    *spoilers*

At the end when Jackie said it sounded like lovemaking my mind switched back to the page before where jackie was spying on jenny and dean. I thought the worst but it turned out to be Jackie's doppleganger Anyway i have a feeling Jenny is gonna end up leaving Jackie for Dean.

I did think it was going to be Dean also. But then I was thinking, "Nah, this has to be a red herring far too obvious." I'm actually SHOCKED I didn't see it being the Doppleganger coming.

I actually hope Jennie continues to be a main character for Hine's run. Hine exceeds with writing mentally messed up characters, or descends into madness. Jennie would be a great character piece. I think the part with her trying to remember giving birth to Hope was maybe my favorite part and the panel with ehr and the pills.

Did you read that character bio for Jennie at the end? It was well written and quite touching.
