What characters do you expect to see in 2012?

When the reboot came we were afraid to lose some of our favorite characters. Now that we are four issues in there are still characters missing. I'm not asking which characters should get more of a spotlight but I'm asking which of our favorite forgotten heroes should show up some time in 2012? I'm expecting a lot of people to say Wally West. I say Donna Troy (who I think would fit in well with Wonder Woman's new supporting cast) and Ragman (A personal favorite of mine)
What characters do you expect should show up in 2012? Place your bets.

I mentioned in the Bat-solicit thread for March, but I expect to see Black Bat and Spoiler at some point during the big Batman story with the Court of Owls, especially since Scott Snyder is a fan of the former.

I expect to see Wally West as well if they are indeed addressing Bart Allen's origins. I'd also think XS might play a part in that too, especially since Legion Lost and Teen Titans are crossing over.

Black Adam. With the Curse of Shazam backup on the way, it'll be inevitable. And it will be awesome. Especially when Johns writes him.

I would love to see Earth 2 Titles that include:

• Shazam (Captain Marvel)
• Justice Society of America
• Space Ghost
• Plastic Man
• Dr. Fate (mini- or on-going)

I would love to have revealed that Mister Terrific, Hawkman, & some others are actually Super-Heroes on Earth 2, and that their current story arcs have been taking place there the whole time.

Of that entire list, Space Ghost is the one I'd love to see and collect the most. In an Earth 2 Universe (supposing there is no Green Lantern Corps), space would be left pretty much open to a hero like Space Ghost to patrol and adventure in. He would need an updated Rogue Gallery (his is kinda lame), but if they used Joe Kelly's mini-series from a few years ago as inspiration....Space Ghost could be an awesome title!

Mia Dearden, (Speedy 2). Wally West. Connor Hawke. Donna Troy. Spoiler. Blackbat. Power Girl. Atlee (Terra 3). Miss Martian. These are characters I both want and expect to appear. There are a lot of characters who I either want to appear, or expect them to, but not both. Most of the JSA fits into either category.

With the Daemonites ready to attack I wouldn't be surprised to see more Wildstorm characters show up. I would love to see Zealot show up. I'm also hoping that the Doom Patrol shorts on Cartoon Network s DC Nation will bring some notice to the characters and lead to another book. I know. Not likely. But a guy can dream.

SHAZAM! / Captain Marvel should NOT be on Earth-2 in my opinion . . . he never was before, and he deserves his own Earth (along with the other Marvel Family members) like it always was (pre-CoIE) to keep his quirky world separate from the more "serious" worlds of Superman, Batman, and other DCnU / former Earth-1 / past Earth-2 worlds and their heroes. (And Plastic Man could maybe fit on the same world with Billy Batson and company, or Earth-10 with the other characters originally from Quality Comics, or I guess Earth-2, since Roy Thomas established him there in early issues of All-Star Squadron.)

I think Hanna Barbera and DC are owned by the same entity, correct? A number of the Hanna Barbera characters have been used in a lot of other mediums (the Wonder Twins on Smallville, Marvin & Wendy from Superfriends on Young Justice, ECT) so I think at this point Space Ghost would be fair game, no?

I suppose we'll have to wait for Multiversity (which I kinda doubt will ever actually come to fruition), to see where everyone in the New DCU is lined up.
