Read the special movie tie-in chapter. It was a fun light hearted story about Naruto and the other Leaf 11 hanging out.

The end with all the guys playing poker was really touching.

Now to read the probably much more disappointing proper chapter.

His followup line to Gai complicates this though. It almost implies that his identity being useless to them is enhanced by the idea that Guy wouldn't remember him if he told them his name. IE, if Guy *was* someone who remembered people, there would maybe be something to his name?

And so that was really it for Samui? Laaaaameeee!

Seemed to me like he was telling Guy that he(Tobi) had no reason to answer the questions of someone that he didn't even know.

The MS translation definitely read like he was calling out Guy's memory. Whether it was in the context of "Why tell you, you won't remember me later" or "Why tell you, you won't recall me anyway after I tell you my name" remains to be seen.

Even without that though, the biggest "Tobi is Obito" hole is that Minato died only so many months after Obito.

Some people are starting to wonder if Tsunade's brother could be in the running for his identity, given that his death was a corpse so damaged it was beyond recognition.

And I would be be much more interested in this if we had gotten a definitive end to the kages/Madara fight.
