Thing is, these are characters who have been left behind, now. On the old Ultimate Spidey, sure. On the new series, no.

given what I've read of her, I would say she's asexual. She knows what society would have her like and its not really interested and she has memories of a male life and is well aware of what the male perspective likes, but with her status quo I would say she's more preoccupied with discovering who she is besides a Peter Parker clone and helping/figuring out why she gets so mad at the new Spider-Man

Just because she has other issues doesn't mean she lacks sexual desires. Obviously finding a mate may not be a priority right now. Mentally she has memories of a man. Physically her body may desire men.

Very complicated situation.
I'd have her be attracted men, but still have feeling for MJ, but unsure if they're really her feelings or Peter's.
You could just as legitimately have her be a lesbian.
I'd think she'd be transgendered though, feeling like a man in a woman's body.
