    Warner Bros. released new hi-res images of Tom Hardy as Bane, depicting the villain holding a picture of Harvey Dent and facing off against Christian Bale's Batman.

    LOL @ that "Come at me, Bro!" pose in the first picture.


    But yeah, I'm loving the new look for Bane. It's way better than the overly animated brute from Batman & Robin. It's a more well-rounded look, one that shows a combination of his brutality and his militaristic intellect.

    That fight scene (in the underground waterfall place) is probably going to be the best in Nolan's trilogy. It screams championship round.

    Not a hard thing to do since Nolan hasn't shot a really well put together fight scene yet (his action scenes were great, the fight scenes not so much)

    It's true, but Batman Begins is his only film to really have a one-on-one fight scene between two characters that match each other (Bruce vs. Ra's), and he went with more frenetic, Bourne-style cinemtography for that film.

    I'm excited to see what he'll do with the Bane/Batman throwdown[s] for Rises.
