    Or any female hero...

Anywho, it'll be like Marvel movies released yearly. Cool beans.
I hope they come in paperback.

So basically they cancelled all books with a minority cast member than replaced them with an all white, straight, male season one line.

Where's that Marvel trolling thread gone?

    You got it all wrong.
This are basically 100+ sized books that retell origins of characters and teams.
So far, it Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, Daredevil, X-Men, Dr. Strange, Ant-Man and Hulk.

I mean, besides Cap, Iron Man, Thor, Punisher, Ghost Rider, Namor, Wolverine...crap, they're going to be doing straight white men for a while.

Is there a difference between this and the Avenger Origins series? This is more new reader friendly?

These are 100+ paged books retelling the origins.
    They're made for everyone apparently.

Interesting that "Season Two" has kinda skipped over Cap, Irons and Thor. You'd think they'd be on the top of the priority list. Not that I'm particularly bothered they're absent...
I'd just like everyone to know that not only am I dropping Marvel, I'm dropping this forum considering I'm not even allowed to voice a negative opinion because a thread "isn't about me".

They are doing characters that have many books--that have been around for decades. Characters that you can't necessarily just pick up any book and understand it. With that, they are doing Silver Age characters. And yeah, the Silver Age wasn't really friendly to minorities. I mean, what's the use of a Night Thrasher: Season One or a Wiccan: Season One? I'd welcome a Hellcat Season One, assuming it's got a creative team that's actually worth the money. I'm gonna get the Strange one for Rios, and the X-Men one for McKelvie. Das about it.

Oh come on... are you honestly saying people can pick up a comic and not know that Peter Parker got bit by a radioactive Spider and got the powers of a spider or Bruce Banner was caught in a gamma ray blast...?

A Hellcat season one would be interesting, just because of her teen romantic comedy origins. It's like turning Betty or Veronica into mainstream super heroes one day.

That's why they should make Black Panther: Season One.
My Heroes For Hire: Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Misty Knight, Colleen Wing, The Falcon, Ant-Man (Scott Lang). White Tiger IV and Powerman would be interns.

That's a great idea. Who should be the creative team?
Looking forward to the new Kid Loki book & Morbius.
