Stillanerd's recent posting (I'm ignoring Schmitty's earlier post because he's a hurtful jerk-face) about the Green Goblin we could have had in the movie got me thinking. If you could cast ANYONE for a Spider-Man movie, who would they be? Feel free to list as many or as few characters as you'd like.

Meh. My Spider-Man movie would be the post-college, young adult characters. (Yeah, I know Gwen didn't make it that long, but whatevs. Reese is hot.) If Tobey Maguire could do it, Leo could do it about 1,000 times better. Originally Posted by Regulus B.

John Noble from Fringe would make an excellent Doctor Octopus and of the suggestions below I really like John Malkovich as Chameleon. With regards to the civilian cast members, I generally prefer to see them played by unknown actors.

I don't know about the rest of the cast, but I'd definitely pick Donald Glover as Peter Parker or at least an older Miles Morales.
