I'm not interested in legacy characters like Miguel or Miles, and I think the Mayday ship has sailed. But I'd definitely be interested in some Spider-Man "family" stories, and I love untold tales, so a Ben one-shot or mini-series would be great.

His memory's gone! Or...is it? It's not hard to fake amnesia! The Goblin is capable of anything!
I got to say I am almost ashamed of Marvel Comic hyping up the Spider-men title with either little or no regards to the OTHER ALTERNATE Realities/Universes that Spider-man exist in.
I mean what is a 50th anniversary of a great character without any appearance of his alternate versions of himself.![]()
For so much talk about this "Spider-men" series, it feels that Marvel has forgotten the other legacy characters that were inspired by the heroics of Peter Parker.![]()
I am all for any reason to have Steel Spider appear again

They'll honor Spider-Man by passing the mantle to someone else in issue #700.
Peter Parker did a huge dishonor to Spider-Man by making the OMD deal to undo his marriage to Mary Jane.
At least the new person that takes up the mantle in issue #700 won't be tarnished by what Peter Parker did via the OMD deal.
We'd get a fresh start with a new person in the role of Spider-Man in the 616 just like Miles in the Ultimate Comics Universe.
A Horizon Lab accident should transfer Peter's spider powers to someone else...I think that would be a cool way to handle the passing of the mantle.

Spider-Man 2099 and Mayday definitely deserve one-shots by Peter David and Tom DeFalco respectively.
