Well, crap. So soon after Jerry Robinson.

The creator of Brother Power the Geek is no longer with us. (You all know I mean that very, very fondly.)

    RIP, Mr. Simon.

I'd like to think he is working on something new with Jack Kirby right now.

Another titan felled. Crap. Rest in peace, Mr. Simon, and thanks for everything.

Good grief. Has comics lost so many important people (Robinson and Simon - major GA creators) so close together like this?

    RIP Mr. Simon.

I just bought and read the Alter Ego issue that featured him, and just like that he's gone... It's like losing a beloved uncle. Rest in peace, Mr. Simon.

    R. I. P. I highly recommend his book "The Comic Book Makers."

It is indeed. Offhand, I can't think of any pro who lived longer. Creig Flessel made it to 96. Jack Burnley was 95.

The last leaving link to the crack that layed Hitler low, the holder of the pen that give us Captain America... gone but never forgotten. Inadequate tribute to rich accomplishment, but thank you Joe for everything. You are missed.
