Okay, first of all, I know triple post I suck.
Second, as some of you might remember the HQ Decoration Contest is still running and will end by March 20th and since two important factor came up together last minute we have decided on the prize of the contest. Since I will be going to move to Canada due to work I won't be able to find a SHSO Prize Card but I decided and consulted my Gazillion contact about the matter so the prize for the winner will be the privilege to get two answers and make a request that will be heavily taken in consideration on any aspect of the game. Want to know if you'r favorite hero will make it in game soon? Hoping to see a certain villain in a mission? Just curious on a certain character getting cards soon? Just give us a nicely decorated room with all aspects and a good backstory for it and you'll get it.

I don't have Dark Surfer yet, but I agree that the Surfer is kind of lackluster when it comes to gameplay.

If they ever go through and tweak previously made heroes, they should definitely look in the Surfers' direction!

That being said...I don't find him as unplayable as many people find him to be. (Of course, I am talking about SS still, as I haven't played as DS yet.)

Yeah, the prizes are nice and unique! Is there a link to the contest rules somewhere? I don't see it linked from the first page, and I don't know where in the thread to find it. I used to play the Sims a lot, so decorating a room could be fun. I just never had any reason to go to HQ before now.

Regarding Silver Surfer and Dark Surfer, I think they are both terrible. However, Dark Surfer at least has two decent powers: his hero up and his second power (useful for bosses). Silver Surfer doesn't have any decent powers at all.

I think I may be one of the few people that actually enjoy playing as Dark Surfer. lol I have both surfers and prefer Dark. His HeroUp is better and personally I think its better that a shooting character stay back and blast away as opposed to getting into the middle of a bunch of villains like Silver Surfer does when he flies forward with his board into a fray. I do, however, agree that Dark Surfer should be much stronger than he is. I mean, he has the Infinity Gauntlet! He should have self healing, his HeroUp should take off more than just seventy-whatever, he should be able to pick up the biggest stone in Asgard, he should use his sword to slash things, etc. With the Gauntlet, he should be one of the most powerful characters in the game.

Hey everybody, just wanted to tell ya, Virgo's as good as her word on this & you winners will not be disappointed with your prizes... trust me!!!

We were just PM'ing back & forth 'bout some tourney judging times one day, just a lil less than 2 weeks ago. Then, out of the blue(and into the green) , she tells me there's some character info she was able to gather. The first bit of news she gives me is on only one character, but... IT... BLEW... ME... AWAY!!!! I was SO PSYCHED afterwards! The following day, she gave me an update on the release of a second hero, who just happened to be yet another "Most Wanted" character!! As if that wasn't enough, she proceeds to ask whether there's anybody or anything else I would like to know more about!!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!!!! I was like... are you kiddin' me?! I went friggin' crazy & made a HUGE list as fast as I could, so I could PM it right back to her quick-like! I didn't wanna lose or waste the opportunity, ya know? And wouldn't ya know... SHE ANSWERED... EVERY... SINGLE... THING I listed!!!! Now, not all of it was welcome news mind you, but that's the way it is. You're bound to be disappointed with some developments, or lack thereof, but can keep hoping for the best nevertheless. Besides, the vast majority of things I found out were overwhelmingly positive... for me anyway! While I don't think I can reveal any of the actual answers she gave(with all that juicy info )... just yet, I think it should be okay to let ya know who & what I asked about. To find out...

I also kind of wish I had time to enter to win an "Answer", apparently they aren't allowed to disclose game mechanics when I asked them to break down the Scoring System for me and how it worked.
