SHSO Character Discussion

I'm so glad people are enjoying the game night ideas, it makes the whole planning and brain frying a lot more worthwhile!
So an important announcement, yours truly got engaged yesterday and I will be going to NY to pass time with my fiancé and have some sort of engagement party with my friends so I will be gone for about two weeks. Unfortunately Avenger Lady has some things of her own going on and she won't be able to post either. I just hope that the small frozen time won't make to much of an impact on this thread and people continue to post their doubts or comments on heroes. And as for the Thor question I believe its mostly a matter of taste, Classic Thor is ranged but a bit slower while Avenger's Thor is fast but since he's melee he has a higher risk of fainting, specially on bosses like Dr. Doom but according to my knowledge he is pretty strong. I would go for Classic Thor (since i love both ranged heroes and that costume) but its really up to you and as Shumanigans the videos in the wiki might help you make up your mind.

Still, in the rare (and most possible case) in which we get other good game night idea worthy monthly theme (wow try saying that fast ten times without errors) before we get another X-Men theme month there are a lot of different ideas I have in mind so keep calm.

Congrats on the engagement, Virgo! And Luke Cage does have a special voiceover for Iron Fist, so I think they are planning to add Danny eventually.

So after 60 pages of this wonderful thread that all of you helped build I must announce that both Avenger Lady and I decided to close this thread. With real life coming in the way I doubt we will have time to continue this but it was a real pleasure. I will also take this as an opportunity to announce a my retire from the SHSO CBR Squad, as I said before I will have little time to continue with this and as much as I will miss this I think I'm better off. I will try to continue to pop up in the forums from time to time and on the CBox but I doubt it will be as often as I would like. Regarding the game nights I had planned I'm not calling them off but it might take longer from them to happen. If you feel like getting more insight on the heroes then go check out B.B.Ghost's blog. Apart from that there's nothing left to say other than:
