SHSO Character Discussion

Arachne is coming out next month? but I did not see her on the main SHSO list of heroes available and coming soon.

Well people at SHSO sometimes delay some of the heroes they announce and come up with others in the mean time. I mean if the order of the list was true (and life was fair) we would have gotten Tigra or Professor X by now. Expect the unexpected!

Yeah, I think it's obvious that they decided the movie heroes should take first priority, so they have fast tracked them (Ghost Rider, Avengers, Spidey-themed) and kept the other heroes on the back burner. Arachne is being prepared for release, but it's not guaranteed that she will be released next month. They have a few heroes that are done and they have held back for some reason (Cable, Monkey King, Samurai Wolverine). But she does fit the Spider-theme, so I would be very surprised if she doesn't arrive when the movie comes out.

Very true. I remember Iron Patriot and Dark Surfer coming out and being totally blindsided by that. Then, of course, when the challenge heroes came out, which in my opinion is still the best day in the history this game (9 new heroes, Halloween decorations, Ultimate Spider-Man release). The developers, intentionally or not, do a good job of showing the public heroes A,B,C and then out of the blue give us X,Y,Z. Frustrating for people that really wanted A,B,C but exciting for those of us that like surprises.

You think Tigra and Squirrel girl will have double jump? And I do hope Squirrel Girl has a response when teaming up with Reptil. I saw that clip with Reptil and Squirrel Girl in the Super hero squad video game and thought they'd make a cute couple.

Yeah since the release of American Dream we got a bunch of "surprise heroes", most of the anti-hero month was a bunch of previously unannounced characters and just like good old Cap. Marvell said the challenge heroes included some pleasant surprises, I remember the day they released the challenges it was almost like Christmas but with a Halloween disguise.

You think Tigra and Squirrel girl will have double jump? And I do hope Squirrel Girl has a response when teaming up with Reptil. I saw that clip with Reptil and Squirrel Girl in the Super hero squad video game and thought they'd make a cute couple.

Ok...this is probably out of line...but am I the only one who looked at the Speedball/SG kissing panel and thought the artist focused a little much on SG's...um..."assets?" Seriously. It's a cute pic, but she looks all child like what with the burret in her hair and the cute buck teeth and freckles in the prior panels...then Bazinga! Hello girls! Just seems out of place to me.

BTW...it's driving me completely NUTS that Squirrel Girl isn't in this game yet!

It would be awesome if she was like the female Deadpool conversation wise...unless they give her an annoying voice, like Jean Grey's, that is...

I did. She looks like a Playboy squirrel. I just wasn't going to say it because pretty much every Marvel picture that's not from the 70s looks like that and it would just get me too flustered about modern day portrayal of women. But it is very creepy that she looks so daggum young.
