"That will alter his personality disorder causing his current personalities to go away and another personality will arise. So we're really going to examine just how far down he'll go."
YES.
I knew it !!
It's time to Marc Spector to become MK' alter-ego, and not the contrary..what I don't hope is that he'll become too violent in his war against crime, that even super-heroes (like Cap) have to turn-up against him..again.
I love the creative-team but kinda sad they maybe won't stay after 12 issues, I expected self-contained stories from the LA' Kingpin POV, or the title being the house for B-Listers (that would be great if BMB 'd resurrect BROTHER VOODOO into these pages..)..
Wonder who will be the next creative team. And if the book will survive. Loved the stand-alone issue SILENT KNIGHT, Milligan and Campbell was a wonderful combo, hope that will be enough, but the book can't get less..

The art looks fantastic, but I'm not sure I like the idea of Marc becoming Taskmaster. Hopefully, the personality gets rid of that aspect.
Also interesting that Bendis doesn't know if he's going to keep going past #12, but at least he's announcing it early.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!

"Bendis will get bored of Moon Knight around #13 and give up, the book will be silently cancelled like Spider-Woman was."
I've been SCARILY accurate with those predictions so far...
I'd just like everyone to know that not only am I dropping Marvel, I'm dropping this forum considering I'm not even allowed to voice a negative opinion because a thread "isn't about me".
Wow. Good and bad news in this one. While I've really enjoyed the book I find that the Avenger personalities are really just silly. The book is great until Marc starts acting like Wolverine then it just completely kills the vibe for me. So hearing that those particular personalities were going away is great news, but sucks to hear this creative team won't be staying. Probably shouldn't be a shock since they were only on Spider-Woman for such a short time, but I expected this to be another long run like his Daredevil work.

You're a wizard.....
I really hope you're wrong about Defenders and Scarlet Spider though. Defenders 1 was the best I've read of Fraction in a while and I have very high hopes for Yost and Stegman with Scarlet Spider, especially if the story in the Point One issue was any indication of the quality.

I've enjoyed this series much more than I thought I would. It'd be nice if it stayed around, but it is Moon Knight. It's just like being a fan of Black Panther ...
*sigh* Bendis.
The man is very talented at street-level solo heroes. But somehow they managed to mangle my favorite Marvel character. This talk of "current personalities to go away and another personality will arise" sounds vaguely like he realizes just how badly he crapped all over the character, but I won't be holding my breath. Make Capt. Spiderine go away, and give me MOON KNIGHT, with Marc Spector, Steven Grant, and Jake Lockley.
Maybe, MAYBE then, I might pay for this. But the fact that it's taken Bendis this long to realize his trio of Avengers "personalities" was a horrible idea says volumes about Bendis and his grasp of characterization.
I truly love this book and think it gets better every issue. I just hope that it doesn't get the axe any time soon. I'd love to see where Bendis would take Moon Knight if he could have a long run with it.
Moon Knight is a character that's always scraped by with the support of genuine fans. Bendis shouldn't be surprised this book isn't lighting up the charts because he's not writing MK in a way a lot of us would want and is charging us an extra dollar to check out.
I know Vengeance didn't really succeed but I hope Marvel will someday learn that the opposite of failure isn't just pushing in another direction really hard.
I'm only going to the comic shop sporadically now since DC went digital.
If you put Moon Knight on comixology, I'll get it. (Right now I'm only picking it up every 3rd month or so if I remember to.)
I dont know how I feel about this. I guess with books getting cancelled left, right and centre at the minute I should be happy we get at least 12 issues?
Having said that, I do hope Bendis and Maleev commit to at least another arc.
Im suprised sales are not better. I thought there were alot of people out ther that would buy it just because Bendis is involved?
More of that Dazzler stalker, and I'll keep buying.
