I don't see how the porn flick is a "parody." It's not primarily comedic, it's a sex film. Maybe Dc just doesn't care enough to pursue it? I notice that these companies never seem to use Marvel characters.

Simple fact is, DC has a much better selection of well-known female heroes than Marvel.

Our merchandiser just sent me the box cover for "Wonder Woman Interactive." Oh man, it looks prime for Time-Warner to set the lawyers loose! I don't see any possible way they can claim this is a parody. There doesn't seem to be any plot involved on Disc 2 of the set. (Disc 1 is apparently some kind of videogame. It doesn't say that WW is involved in that game's plot. You win the game, you get the code to unlock Disc 2.)

One of our buyers just emailed me about this. The promo pic she sent me says it's an "XXX adventure game parody." (And don't worry; the very short promo on the webpage is G-rated.)

Still haven't heard yet about details on Vivid's WW movie.

Whoops, the webpage link is about the JLA parody DVD that was released months ago. This "adventure game parody" is something new, a solo WW thing. I think. Then again, it might have been compiled with clips from the JLA movie. The official title is "Wonder Woman Interactive."

Ms. Marvel might be in the next Avenger movie and DC can't even get a Justice League movie out to put Wonder Woman in. DC is being left behind on the life action front.

This is the costume designer that the failed Wonder Woman pilot should have had. Was it really so tough for them to figure this out?

Speaking as an entirely neutral party (i have no love or hate for Wonder Woman) I gotta say...that outfit looks embarrassingly absurd.
