Independent Publishers Hardcovers, Deluxe Editions and Omnibus

I wanted a thread dedicated to recommendations. It's a good reason to come here. I read the opinions on collected books (and stand alones) and put it in the list to consider obtaining. It would be a list of books with the pertinent information maybe a small opinion or description. Including the genre and publisher and that is it. Make the titles big, enlarged font that way once the list becomes super long it would be easier to rifle through. Some type of semi standard format to make it easier to search, since physically searching would be one way to look at a list.

the request for recommends comes up often enough. What Image? or what manga? or what ever they are interested in. If the genre and publisher are included in the list that would be helpful. At minimum it would defeat the posters who question every word and it's definition.
I dislike how tons of threads get sidetracked (across the internet) on what is written and what is implied. I understand there are many languages to consider yet I believe you will "get it" eventually or a small misunderstanding can be specifically handled. I wanted to start one and even asked other CBR posters to contribute...that way the "format" if Big title, info, opinion would be well represented and others could simply follow. I might still do it but I cant do anything until next year. I might lose my house and I am concerned more about that than a comic list. Once that is settled though... I would love to do it. In the meantime maybe someone else could start one...somewhere. Just write the publisher in the info(DC Marvel, independent, self published. just where ever it comes from and not worry about it's place on the forum.)

we have the people. We could do it. It would take some time to build but once it is done it would be awesome. Double and triple entries welcome. different books" deluxe versus softcover versus different opinons. multiple entries would not hurt anything. No need to search the thread to see if it's been done already. that would be once the list becomes massive...

to me that list would be better than the list of books that are coming out and the thread list of what people have picked up. It would be the
thread that lists what the people read and cared enough to write a synapsis/review for our fellow collectors. Just thinking outloud. I guess I don't know where it would be in the forums. Probably communityforum?

So, I said earlier that I would post some pictures of the Empowered deluxe edition I ordered, but I forgot(it took longer then 10 days to get it).
And now I get an error message when I try to upload pictures. Can anybody help?
