Yeah, you can give him Avengers Assemble where he can effectively be as slow as he wants. But given how Avengers are sort of the spine of the MU, having a creative team that can't keep up with the monthly grind hurts the line as a whole. Bendis Mighty Avengers sort of had that problem when Cho was on the art duties (and it was especially a problem since that book and New Avenger were sort of criss crossing their stories). What are the chances that the main Avengers title featurs the cast of the movie with Red Hulk in for Hulk? I know Marvel already has Avengers Assemble but it wouldn't be to much of a stretch for them to do this. I hope not.

I guess to a degree being an Avenger sort of ruins his outcast thing where he's constantly hunted by the army or whatever... but as a founding Avenger I'm still surprised it's taken this long to at least try putting him on the team. It's not like he wasn't a Defender for years. So he can work in a team setting.
