    Default CBR: BOOM! Studios Titles On Sale December 7, 2011

    BOOM! Studios has provided CBR with advance looks at new titles on sale December 7, including "Betrayal of the Planet of the Apes" #2, "Valen the Outcast" #1, and "Irredeemable" #32, which launches the crossover with "Incorruptible!"

    Might check out Valen. Supposedly its a 1 dollar comic.

    Also the first Elric trade is listed as being out as well. So might grab that too.

    the series has been decent. i think it will probably read better in the trade format as there is a lot going on in the book. it's also beginning to gain a little steam with all the stories starting to come together a bit.

    Good to hear. Roberson is great storyteller.

    Too bad BOOM! wasn't pricing it at 9.99 instead of 14.99. But at least they have lowered their trade pricing by some.

    i've been a big fan of roberson's work for the last year or so, he definitely knows what it takes to create an entertaining story. if it wasn't for budgetary reasons, i'd like to pick up his new series, memorial, from IDW. too many books, too little money...

    I have enough squiggle room to pick up Memorial. Wasn't too impressed with the preview, seemed way to familiar for some reason.

    I'll definitely be picking up all the Elric-related stuff. Maybe Valen the Outcast #1 as well.
