I know I said I was gonna trade-wait these, but I've been waiting for O'Donnell's story since The Dead.

He's easily my favorite supporting character, I'm too pumped for words about this.

I am! I've been saying since he first started gibbering madly on the pages of BPRD that he deserves a story of his own, at least to explain where all that gibbering came from in the first place.

So great to see the various aspects of this world slowly fleshed out!

    Also--love the sketches, wow!

There's no doubt they picked the right artist for this story. I love how O'Donnell's clothing is haphazardly worn.

Love the art preview. The Professor looks to be appropriately wild-eyed and disheveled. Can't wait for this one. Yippee!!

I'm also glad Hellboy's along for the ride. Love seeing HB interact with a character we only met after HB quit.

I'm still waiting for his first meeting with Johann and Daimio, even though that's... a much more difficult meeting to engineer now.

This is the first time in a while now that we've had a cover done by the interior artist. How odd.

An interview with Scott Allie about this one-shot.

    I like this particular quote:

Not much to do with The Transformation of J.H. O'Donnell, I know, but I'd like to see a Liz flashback story wrapped up in a modern story, telling the two side by side.
