If we use that first cover from Legacy,, with Rogue all beat up, it could be that she's the victim of an abusive relationship, and different X-Men offer their takes on whether it's Gambit or Magneto abusing her. I dunno if that's too dark/offensive, though...

I like the idea of an article called "Loa's Lowdown", in which Alani Ryan calls out Warpath for stealing food from Utopia's cupboards. Each issue could involve her uncovering more corruption in Utopia...Me likes.
