MJ by far. I love MJ and I loved their marriage. I pretty much love all their interactions.
Gwen was gone long before my time so I don't care about her at all. The stories that I have read with her in them didn't make me dislike her but they didn't ingender any interest in me either. So she just gets a yawn from me.

I'm not sure why you're surprised. Gwen was gone from the comics long before the majority of current Spidey fans were born/starting reading the books. And even for relatively older (meaning not teenagers or early twenties) Spidey fans, MJ has been the predominate love interest for the vast majority of their lives and also the vast majority of Spiderman stories and lore. She is also the most frequent love interest in other non-comic Spiderman media.
