Its important to remember that the 'horoscope' is much more then just one's sun sign. In fact, the complete horoscope or natal chart would take into account the position of all the main planetary bodies, not just the sun, and that is how you get the nuanced dimensions of a character.

I know Marvel doesn't want to pin down a date of birth because they want their characters to be timeless, but I think it would be neat to give them birthdays without the years. I know characters have had birthdays in the books before, but i don't think it's consistent.
