    WOOHOO!

    This is great news!

I read an article yesterday that it won an Emmy.

Can't say I'm flush with confidence. This has the potential to be another Flash Gordon/Painkiller Jane written all over.

Or it could go the route of Dresden Files and turn out good, but get cancelled anyways..

Hard to know if it will be good, I did enjoy the smallville episode with him in it so I hope the show captures the same feel but I don't have high hopes

Berlanti? Not a good sign. When your resume consists of mediocrity and borderline failures (No Ordinary Family was cancelled for a reason folks) I can't say I'm holding out optimism here.

Or it could be really good and run for a decade. It could be anything. But SyFy's their track record along these lines is cause for concern, that's all I'm saying.

Yeah, shows like battleship galactica and Alphas. Give it a chance and then destroy it.

    (A) Nobody's "destroying" anything. (B) I plan to give it chance, but that doesn't preclude expressing an opinion now. (C) Galactica and Alphas are very different types of shows than this one will be.

    God, I love the Internet.

Awesome news, this could definitely work on SciFi. It would definitely not appeal to the masses on another channel.
    DC: ASW ● A. Man ● Batgirl ● Batman ● Batwoman ● BoP ● E2 ● Flash ● Dial H ● JLD ● S Thing ● Wonder Woman
    Marvel: Avengers ● C. Marvel ● Hawkguy ● Thor ● W&XM
    Other: Saga

I never thought I see the day when some television channel wants a Booster Gold Live action television series.

I wonder if anyone from DC Comics will be involved, given that Geoff did the original Booster Gold episode in Smallville.
