Does Selene have any super-speed feats? I thought she could move really fast over short distances or teleport or something. Yes? No?

I remember a Captain America comic where Selene displayed super-speed. And when she auditioned for the role of Black Queen, according to Tessa, she created "a momentary trance effect" and slip out of the room.

Does that mean that Selene would be able to speed-blitz Emma before suffering from a telepathic attack?

It was probably around that time, yes but before he was high as a kite. He was tracking the Skull Crew who were trying to break into the Hellfire Club because they thought the Red Skull was being held captive there. Selene found the Skull Crew and pretty much handed them their collective arses. As an aside, she was affected by the Voice; and she also had to drain his lifeforce during the fight because of how much she was using her powers. She displayed two instances of accelerated speed during that fight but only to get from point A to point B; it didn't seem like she was taking any action at super speed. Oh yeah, she was shot through the heart by Crossbones and it didn't do squat to her; she just pulled the crossbow bolt out and was about to feed it to him before Cap burst onto the scene.

IIRC, old-school Quicksilver-level flash-steps were part of her feat set. Which means she is in Frost's face at the bell. Which means someone is either broken or eaten.
