Again, I've heard all the magic words in there, from the Kirby' influence to the mad-science' aspirations of the title, but man, the first issues were a visual outrage..Brainstorm needs already a re-designing IMHO, let mutate him and make him look like The Leader..

What I really want to see is Niles Caulder..he could be the best Mr T' foe so far..and I'd love to see the Doom Patrol as supporting cast

He says all the right things in the interview but his execution in the book is lacking.

I agree, but that has also been my reaction to the majority of interviews of comic book writers. They make it sound so good in the interview, but the actual story tends to fall short.

I often re-read Fraction' interviews on FI if I need a good laugh

More than half the marvel writers at this point its a majority.

I only get 3 marvel books regularly now, and on occasion pick up one or 2 others. And come March it looks like I will only be getting on Marvel book regularly and I'm already contemplating dropping that one

Still picking this up and hoping it gets better. So much potential in this title.

    Same here.

In contrary DC delivers a lot.
I have 10 books that never disappoint, and there's exceptions like Mr T, Captain Atom or Catwoman, which worked better on paper, as concepts. Too bad..

yeah I'm buying a lot of DC books although my enthusiasm has waned recently. The 52 books are pretty diverse, but I'm disappointing certain families have returned to a more traditional status quo. Like that Batman books, which I was absolutely loving pre-relaunch. There still good now. Scott Snyder is amazing, and I love Batwing especially Ben Oliver on art. However, the franchise seems to have reverted back to a familiar 'static' status quo that slowly drove me away until Battle for the Cowl.

Similar to Green Lantern, they've got some new stuff with Sinestro being a Green Lantern, but all in all its not a big change. All the main Green Lanterns are alive, the Guardians are evil. So really the only GL book I'm getting is GL Corps cause I love Jon Stewart and Guy Gardner.

The only books I strongly dislike are Teen Titans and Red Hood, but there have definitely been a few disappointments. I haven't been a big fan of the Young Justice line so far. Static's been okay. Hawk and Dove is dull. Blue Beetle is okay, but I'm not as interested in a rehash of his origin that imo is not as good as his first one. And the Legion books are just confusing.

For me the Justice League Family has been great.

Action Comics, Justice League, JLI, Wonder Woman and Hawkman are all very enjoyable.

And the Dark and Edge lines are solid, with books like Deathstroke, Voodoo, Frankenstein and Swamp Thing

I'm at an em pass with Mr. T. It shows promise and still has a lot of potential, but hasn't hit its stride. I've been one of the books most vocal supporters, and will probably hang on for a bit longer, but I have to admit the series isn't turning out to be what I expected as of yet.

Agree, IMHO Edge and Dark were almost perfect from the start (with some actually, being) and I wish that some other titles will quickly developp their own very special corner (GL, Legion books but also Flash or Aquaman..) and soon become must-reads

    Thumbs up

When is there going to be a new writer on this? Eric Wallace needs to get fired. One bad comic after another. Or he at least needs some guidance. Give him a parter to help him write or something. His dialogue is alright but his stories aren't very good. He's worse than David Finch with stories.

Sorry, but because of the no spoilers policy, I can't exactly say what's in store for Karen Starr. But I can say this: Karen's relationship with Michael Holt has already begun to sour, and there's a reason for this, one that is the beginning of something much bigger in both their worlds. This conflict will eventually lead to a major revelation about one of the biggest mysteries in Mister Terrific's life. So stay tuned.
I'll only start buying Mister Terrific once something happens with Power Girl

Stop playing games fans and the character with Power Girl. Is or isn't she? If she isn't then it doesn't count as I said. Way this going it maybe way into series before we find out and that IS WRONG! Character is to good for this crap. Spoil us because we want to be spoiled and we don't want to wait forever.
