Based on preview art, it's Wolverine who drops off the kids and the X-Club off at the Avengers run mutant concentration camp

Maybe it happens once he realizes that they are being treated like they are on a concentration camp or something.

It basically a new department of child and family services policy.
Avengers Academy #28 actually showed that of everyone out there, Hank and Tigra are probably the the best adults for kids to be around; they genuinely care and put the kids' concerns first. I'm wondering if, depending on how things go, one or two of the NXM might find new page time in AA.

If you're basing the "concentration camp" comments off the AA cover; Christos Gage already came out and said that the cover is a metaphor, and not in any way intended to be literal. It's kinda succeeded perfectly as a cover, in that it shocks and gets people talking, though!

How would going from wallpaper in half the X-Books to wallpaper in the lowest selling Avengers book be a step up?

No, I agree. It's just that Hank Pym constantly loosing it, fighting for redemption, loosing it again, making out with robots was one of the most interesting and compelling characters Marvel had. Hank Pym as level-headed, Mr. Bradey, taking care of the kids, however, is about as interesting as stale toast.

I know a lot of folks are liking AA and I respect that, but personally feel that any one of the NXM characters supplanted into the Academy would instantly become the most interesting character of the bunch.

    I think it's Emma Frost.

    No clue.

But I'm excited. Cullen Bunn wrote Fear Itself the Deep with Loa!

Yeah I was hoping it would be the Utopia kids who'd go looking for Josh. Wolverine has enough children under his wing Jubilee, X-23, Pixie, Armor, Idie, Quentin Quire, etc.

But I guess we should get used to Headmaster Logan teaming up with all the kids.

Solicits updated with correct creative teams and according to another poster, this is old material so it's only a temporary comeback for Elixir. Oh well, I got that impression when I first read the solicit anyway :/
