Not sure how to post a picture of the card, but I need to enter Mars Troll Clock's contest so.....

My favorite card is Seeing With New Eyes. Rogue.

I absolutely love it when my opponents attack knocks a few cards off my deck setting up the big swing back with this amazing card. How many cards allow you to swing for double digits on turn 2? If she connects, you not only take a big lead, but you also get to see a big part of your opponents deck and will know early which blocks to save. I think she can set up the game for you the rest of the way. Not only that, but she is usable even when your opponent drops one of those annoying keepers that reduces your power. Such a large attack for such a small cost seems amazing. She's not perfect. There have been a few times when I've had her ready to swing except for the fact that there is another on the discard pile allowing me to swing for 0. :(

She's not perfect for every deck, but I believe she can fit into many, many decks......even those brutal red builds.

After an afternoon of disappointment and over 100 miles on the car, I finally got my hands on the card game. I got a booster box and the AvX 2-player starter for $100. Plus the $20 or so in gas. For those in the greater Seattle area I found them at Uncles Games in Redmond Town Center. They were one of the sites of the pre-release.
The other, Card Kingdom in Ballard didn't have it. They said everything they had for the pre-release was promotional, and they didn't have the real thing from their distributor.

I'm a little torn, because it depends on the deck, with a low-power Spider-heavy deck Spider-Girl's "Total Webification" is awesome, but since my favorite thing to do is get out as many keepers as I can, I'm going to have to go with:

With a handful of keepers, late in the game, this is a devastating game ender.

why not just order it online? As for armored spiderman, the odds are extremely small.

If I hadn't found it, I would've ordered it online. I just prefer to physically buy it, if possible.
And as for the Armored Spider, Yeah, the odds are long, but it's the same for the lottery, we still hope.

OK, you and me are gonna have to get together for some in person games! We went to Uncles when they had their Tournament. Were you there for either one of them? I'm on the other side of the water, but was MORE than happy to drive around to take part in both of the pre-release events. LOTS of fun and free cards too!

I actually live in Puyallup, and I didn't hear about the pre-release until after it happened.
I'm just starting to put together a few decks to play with. Man, it's a lot harder with the physical cards than it is on-line!
If you want to try and set something up to play live, that would be great. We can find someplace half-way between us or something.

It's fine without the pic, and I love her too. And the Kaboom from badsaj is insanely cool. I will be posting our faves on the blog in the coming weeks, I got a few via email as well.

I've got to go with King and Queen for Black Panther and Storm as my fave. In a deck dedicated to that couple, it lends serious staying power. It's also a much needed reversal for green factor cards. Go Team Wakanda!

Oh man, I'm in the cards!

Got a box of boosters, the 2p starter pack, and the Wolverine and Hulk intro packs. No Spidey or IronMan intro decks though. Do those contain any cards that arent available via booster? I may have to get them online.
