What in the HELL do Taskmaster and Black Panther have in common? BS excuse for a BS game that doesn't present any black male heros.


Hawkeye can get added and shoot arrows like Taskmaster and X-23 gets in and is given made up powers so she can be different from Wolverine but Panther and his energy absorbing Vibranium Suit, Energy Daggers, and limitless wakandan tech gets compared to TASKMASTER? and gets cut.


TQ should be fired. Letting Capcom shoot down any attempt at diversity so easily but and letting them contradict themselves with X-23, She-hulk, Hawkeye, a worthless Shuma Gorath, and an un-used Modok. Taskmasters thing is to copy. So even IF he did share a move similar to Panther who gives a? He also shares moves with Cap, Spiderman and Hawkeye who was not dark enough to be cut by Capcom due to "similarities".

Make sure to not buy this product and if you must have it buy it used as it'll be 20 dollars by thanksgiving.

Why? It's not the 90's anymore, she's not that relevant. They also didn't want too many X-Men and give other characters a shot.


Besdies, guys like Rocket Raccoon Dormammu were more fun to play as.

Being a LONG-time fighting game veteran, I was so jazzed about the arrival of Marvel vs. Capcom 3... until I played it. This game got traded-in faster than any other fighter I've ever bought.
Too fast and frenetic to really enjoy all the cool visuals. Too much button-mashing instead of strategy. It all made me feel like it didn't matter which character I played.
And the part about a "story" is complete shite. I'll spoil the story for everyone: "Fight against random 3-fighter teams for a while, then fight Galactus. The End." Check out Tekken or Soul Calibur franchises if you want to see how a story can be meaningful in a fighting game.
But I don't want to be completely negative. The game is beautiful and has a kick-ass selection of fighters.
I've been dying to play a video game that features my favorite hero, Hawkeye, but I think I'll save my $40.

Really Marvel? Taskmaster and Black Panther would have similar moves? Are you freaking kidding me? You mean to tell me you nor the geniuses at Capcom couldn't do 20 minutes of research? Are you both honestly that freaking dense when it comes to character design?

Exactly. There's already several chars that play alike: Hulk/Haggar, Wolvie, X23, Taskmaster/Hawkeye, Storm/Magneto, so there's no reason why a character can't make it just because there's already another char that plays similar. That's the lamest excuse ever. In fact, that's not an excuse at all.

I'm positive umvc3 will have dlc chars. I just hope we get the ones we want this time.

None of those guys you listed play alike. Especially Hulk and Haggar(you've got to be kidding me on that one). You would have been better off listing Ryu/Akuma.

You know he was in Spider-Man 2 right? I'm pretty sure when the general public thinks of Spider-Man, the villains from the first two movies are who they think of too.
